August was a doozy. One of the craziest months of my life. Full of both beauty, joy, and grief: Family vacation to Northern Michigan, a trip & a wedding in Homer Alaska, meteor showers, fires on the beach, weddings galore, a surprise birthday party (for me!) that I never saw coming, meeting our newest nephew, flower farms, sunsets, a trip to New York to be with family, plenty of my beloved Lake Michigan, and my birthday. <3
